The educational administration office aims to follow
up and maintain the records, certificates and reports of each course and archive
them thus being easy to access at any time and so the instructors focus on the
academic preparation away from the administrative burden of the course. The educational
administration includes: 1.
Managing the educational process. 2. Human Resources Management. Objectives of the educational administration: 1. Course
reception coordination. 2. Preparing
for the course graduation. 3. Daily
schedule preparation. 4. Daily
attendance preparation. 5. Following
up and maintaining the general and detailed curriculum of the course. 6. Preparing
the end-of-course certificates and reports. 7. Providing the instructors with the required
forms (leave form / clinic form / violation form). 8. Preparing
and maintaining a record of violations. 9. Preparing
and maintaining the clinic record. 10. Preparing
and maintaining the leave record 11. Preparing
the students conduct records and keep it up to date. 12. Preparing
and maintaining a record of students marks 13. Follow-up
the dismissal from the course. 14. Preparing
and maintaining electronic records. Duties of the educational administration: 1.
The reception and graduation
of the course is coordinated at the beginning and the end of each session in
coordination with the wing commandant and the wireless department to equip the
Hussein Hall with the needed requirements. 2.
Preparing the daily schedule
in coordination with the department heads and the wing commandant. 3.
Preparing the daily attendance
in coordination with the wing alternate and the wing commandant. 4.
The general and detailed
curriculum is monitored in coordination with the heads of departments and the wing
commandant. 5. Preparing
the end-of-course certificates and reports in coordination with the wing
commandant. 6.
Keeping electronic backup
copies of records. 7.
Providing the wing with the
required forms. 8.
Monitoring the clinic, leave
and ticket forms with the wing alternate. 9.
A deduction is made from the
student's behavior marks upon obtaining a leave in coordination with the wing commandant. 10. A student behavior monitoring record is maintained based on the above. 11. The dismissal from the course is followed up in coordination with the wing
commandant and the examinations officer. 12. Maintain all of the above as a hard copy and soft copy. 13. Preparing the Institute's weekly activities program and submitting it to
the Directorate of Military Training.
