On Tuesday, October 28, 2025, the Military Language Institute of the Jordan Armed Forces – Arab Army welcomed a delegation from NATO Headquarters, headed by General Thorsten Marx, Assistant Chief of Staff for Planning, accompanied by a number of officials.
The visit came within the framework of joint cooperation and the exchange of expertise in the fields of military training and education. The delegation was briefed on the Institute’s academic programs and specialized training activities provided for officers and personnel of the Armed Forces, in addition to courses offered to international students from brotherly and friendly nations.
During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation in language education, curriculum development, and academic exchange, contributing to the advancement of military personnel competencies.
The visit concluded with a tour of the Institute’s facilities, including classrooms and language laboratories, where the delegation praised the advanced level achieved by the Military Language Institute and its pioneering role in supporting the training operations of the Jordan Armed Forces – Arab Army.
