A workshop titled “Key Performance Indicators (KPI)” was held at the Language Institute Command on Wednesday, 4/3/2026, in the presence of a number of officers concerned with training and planning affairs in the Armed Forces.
The workshop aimed to develop and strengthen the training system by establishing accurate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that contribute to evaluating performance and improving the efficiency of educational outcomes in line with best practices in the field of military and language training.
During the workshop, mechanisms for applying Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to various programs and courses were also discussed, in a way that ensures improving the quality of training and achieving the strategic objectives of the Jordanian Armed Forces – Arab Army.
This workshop comes as part of a series of developmental measures implemented by the Military Training Directorate to advance the level of the training process and enhance its efficiency.
