Colonel Hassan Haider Al-Maaytah, Commandant of the Language
Institute, received today, Monday, at the Military Language Institute
headquarters, the Turkish Military Attaché in Amman, Colonel Cem Türker. The
two sides discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations in the field of
language exchange.
During the meeting, the two parties agreed to exchange
teachers and expertise between the two institutes for teaching Turkish and
Arabic to officers and non-commissioned officers of the two armies, with the
aim of enhancing the educational process and improving the language proficiency
levels of the affiliates.
They also discussed the possibility of holding joint
workshops and seminars on modern teaching methods and curriculum development,
which would contribute to raising the level of language education and fostering
cultural exchange between the two countries.
